CNC Miller Night Shift South Kirkby £18.60 £21.00 per hour (inc. 20% night shift uplift) Permanent Nights A globally recognised business in South Kirkby that designs and builds bespoke staging, set pieces and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry is looking for a CNC Miller for its night shift. You''ll be producing precision components for major tours, concerts and live events worldwide varied, interesting work that stands well apart from a standard machine shop. The Role • Setting and operating CNC Milling machines • Programming at the machine where applicable • Producing precision components to tight tolerances for bespoke entertainment projects • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings • Carrying out in-process inspection to maintain quality standards • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised work area What We''re Looking For • Proven experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines • Ability to work from engineering drawings • Fanuc controls preferred other controls considered • Fusion 360 knowledge beneficial • Comfortable working nights independently What''s on Offer • £18.60 £21.00 per hour (£15.50 £17.50 base + 20% night shift uplift) • Nights: 20 00 Monday to Thursday • Permanent role with a global business and a strong forward order book • Genuine progression opportunities • Work on high-profile projects for major international tours and events • Impressive, well-equipped facility A permanent night shift position with a ..... full job details .....
