This role involves working with advanced Mazak CNC machinery to produce high-quality, low-volume components, often requiring precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving expertise. This is a TEMPORARY 6 week contract at minimum! Key Responsibilities Independently program, set, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines, including 3-axis (VTC-530C) and 5-axis (CV5-500) models. Use HyperMILL CAD/CAM software to create, optimise, and prove out CNC programs. Manufacture components to exact specifications, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and quality. Perform in-process and final quality control checks to ensure all parts meet required standards. Work on low-volume, high-precision components, adapting to varied and sometimes complex machining requirements Skills & Experience Required Proven expertise in CNC milling, including both 3-axis and 5-axis machining.
