This role offers variety, technical challenge, and long-term stability within a supportive working environment.Location: Wellingborough Pay: 36,000 - 40,000 (DOE) Hours: 39 hours per week (Flexible working hours between 06:00 - 16:30) Contract: PermanentThe Role:As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, working across a range of complex and high-precision components.Key responsibilities include:Programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machinesWorking predominantly with HAAS controlsProducing high-quality, precision components to tight tolerancesReading and interpreting engineering drawingsCarrying out tool changes, offsets, and first-off inspectionsEnsuring consistent quality and adherence to production standardsContributing to continuous improvement within the machining processThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)Strong online programming experience (offline training can be provided)Experience working with ..... full job details .....
