This role suits a capable setter/operator who enjoys producing high-quality tight-tolerance components.      What you''ll be doing:    Set and operate CNC milling machines  Deliver first-off components and specialist jobs  Identify tooling needs to keep production running smoothly  Manage workload effectively in line with production schedules  Complete shop-floor documentation accurately (routing sheets, tickets and computer-based records)  Carry out self-inspection to ensure parts meet specification  Support continuous improvement work (including scrap reduction and quality improvements)       What we''re looking for:    Proven experience in CNC machining / precision manufacturing  Confident setting and operating CNC milling machines  Experience machining high-precision components in a low-volume environment  Able to read and interpret engineering drawings  Comfortable completing self-inspection and ma...</description>
