Key Responsibilities Set and operate a range of CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production. Carry out tool changes and machine adjustments as required. Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet specification. Work collaboratively within a small manufacturing team to meet production targets. Rate - -17-18 per hour 4-day week - 39hrs 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
