Role Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to program, set, and operate our XYZ machining centres equipped with Siemens controls, as well as our XYZ SMX milling machines. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their projects, and ensure high standards of precision and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, setting, and operating XYZ CNC machining centresUsing Siemens control systems to create and adjust CNC programsOperating XYZ SMX milling machines as requiredReading and interpreting engineering drawingsPerforming quality checks to ensure accuracy and complianceCollaborating with the team to improve processes and reduce waste RequirementsProven experience with CNC milling, ideally using XYZ machinesStrong knowledge of Siemens CNC controlsAbility to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerancesSelf-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ( 17.00 - 18.00 per hour)38.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday scheduleCompany pension schemeSupportive team environment in a growing ..... full job details .....
