Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: From £38,000 per annum + overtime (potential earnings up to £60,000) Bonus: 10% sign-on bonus + company-wide bonus scheme Shifts: Day and night shifts available with shift premiums Sector: Precision Engineering / Aerospace / Medical / Advanced Manufacturing The Opportunity We are recruiting experienced CNC Millers to join a modern precision engineering facility manufacturing complex, high-specification components used across advanced engineering sectors. You will be working with multi-axis CNC machines in a quality-driven environment offering excellent earning potential, modern equipment and long-term career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 axis and/or 5 axis) Prepare machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets and probes Load and edit CNC programs using CAM software or G-code Perform first-off inspection and in-process checks Machine precision components to tight tolerances Interpret engineering drawings and GDandT requirements Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies Monitor tool wear and maintain dimensional accuracy Troubleshoot machining or programming issues Support continuous improvement and cycle time optimisation Maintain accurate production and inspection records Follow quality standards including ISO9001 / AS9100 environments Candidate Requirements 3+ years experience as a CNC Miller Experience with 3 axis and/or 5 axis machining centres Ability to read and interpret ..... full job details .....
