Shillito Group is recruiting experienced CNC Setters/Operators for a well established precision engineering business in Sheffield.

The Role

• Set and operate CNC machines
• Work with Fanuc controls
• Machine components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
• Carry out tooling changes, offsets, first-offs, and quality checks
• Keep machines running efficiently and maintain high standards

• Rotating Days & Nights

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
• Confident working with CNC machinery in a production environment
• Able to read engineering drawings and work to precision standards
