CNC Setter/Operator - Miller (FANUC) Location: Poole Salary: 32,300 - 34,200 per annum Hours: Day shift - 37 hours per week We are currently seeking semi-skilled CNC Setter/Operators to join our night shift team in Poole. If you have experience working with FANUC-controlled Milling machines and a background in precision engineering (ideally within aerospace), we''d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating CNC Mill Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce high-precision components to specification. Working from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to the required tolerances. Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation in line with 5C/5S practices. Supporting a positive and efficient workshop environment.Requirements: Previous experience setting and operating CNC Mill machinery (FANUC control knowledge essential). Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred. Ability to work independently to set jobs and monitor output quality.
