The company operates within a high-spec, quality-driven environment and is looking for a skilled individual who takes pride in precision work and can contribute to meeting demanding production schedules.Job Overview Program, set, and operate CNC 3-4 axis milling machines Work with Haas CNC machinery Use CAD/CAM software such as OneCNC and/or HyperMILL (experience beneficial, not essential) Work from technical engineering drawings to produce precision components Ensure consistent quality across all manufactured parts Meet production deadlines and internal milestones Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach within a fast-paced environment Collaborate effectively within the team to support production goalsRequirements Proven experience in CNC milling (3-4 axis essential) Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings CAD/CAM experience is essential Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills Experience using CMMs advantageous Computer literate ..... full job details .....
