CNC Miller

Avanti Recruitment is working with a precision engineering business based near Oxford that is expanding it''s CNC machining team. I''m interested in speaking with CNC Millers / Mill-Turners who have CNC programming experience, and are comfortable manufacturing varied precision-engineered components. They work with partners in the Medical, Semi-Conductor, Nuclear and Scientific industries. The Role Working as part of an experienced machining team, you''ll be involved in producing a varied range of precision components rather than repetitive, high-volume production. The role will involve: CNC milling and/or mill-turn machining CNC programming Manufacturing components from engineering drawings Working accurately to tight tolerances Producing varied, precision-engineered components Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the machining process What We''re Looking For We''re keen to hear from CNC machinists with: CNC milling or mill-turn experience CNC programming experience Experience working to tight tolerances Good engineering drawing interpretation skills A background in precision engineering, aerospace or a similar engineering environment Experience with FANUC Experience with 3, 4 or 5 Axis machining Experience with 5-axis machining, Heidenhain or CAM programming would be useful, but is not essential for this position. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm Friday: 7:00am to 2:30pm Salary is 20- 23 per hour ( 40- 7k) This is a permanent ..... full job details .....
