Key responsibilities: Program, set and operate CNC milling machinesCreate, edit and optimize CNC programmes to improve machining efficiencyManufacture one off and batch components from engineering drawingsSelect the correct tooling, fixtures and workholding for each jobCarry out tool changes and make machine offsets where requiredInspect finished components ysing a range of measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges and height gaugesComplete first off inspections and ensure components meet quality standardsIdentify process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase productivityMaintain a safe, clean and organized working environment About you: Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinesThe ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawingsExcellent attention to detail and a quality-focus approachStrong problem solving skills and ..... full job details .....
