The RoleAs a CNC Miller, you will play a vital role in producing high-precision components from a variety of metal materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Programming, setting, and operating CNC machining centres. Producing precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Creating and modifying CNC programmes for both new and existing products. Setting tooling, work offsets, and machine parameters to ensure the highest quality output. Conducting first-off and in-process inspections to guarantee tight tolerances are met. Troubleshooting and resolving any machining or programme-related issues. Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise machine performance. Adhering to health, safety, and quality procedures at all times. Essential RequirementsTo thrive in this role, candidates should possess: An experienced CNC Miller or be an Apprentice-Trained Engineer.
