Experienced CNC Milling Machine Engineer Location: Neath, South Wales Salary: 18.20 per hour + Overtime Available Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role A well-established and growing manufacturer within the industrial ceramics sector is seeking an Experienced CNC Milling Machine Engineer to join its skilled production team based in Neath, South Wales. Working primarily with Hurco Vertical CNC Milling Machines, you will be responsible for producing high-quality machined components to precise specifications. Previous Hurco experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Setting, operating and adjusting CNC milling machines Producing components to exact specifications and quality standards Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Selecting and changing tooling as required Carrying out routine machine maintenance checks Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and organised work area Candidate Requirements Proven experience operating and setting CNC milling machines Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Experience with Hurco CNC machines is desirable but not essential Benefits 18.20 per hour 39-hour standard working week Excellent overtime opportunities available Full training provided on Hurco Vertical CNC machines Permanent position with a ..... full job details .....
