CNC MILLER – 2-SHIFT SYSTEM Competitive Pay – Rate Slightly Flexible for the Right Candidate!

Right Hire Recruitment is looking for an experienced CNC Miller who can set, operate and programme CNC milling machines to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.

We’re ideally looking for someone with experience using Mazatrol programming systems, although candidates with experience using other CNC programming systems will also be considered!

 THE ROLE

• Set, operate and programme CNC milling machines.
• Use Mazatrol or other CNC programming systems to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure components are manufactured accurately to required tolerances and quality standards.
• Carry out machine setups, tooling changes and adjustments.
• Inspect finished components and maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support efficient production.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller.
• Ability to set, operate and programme CNC milling machines.
• Ideally, experience with Mazatrol, although other programming systems will be considered.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of tooling, machining processes and component inspection.
• A reliable, self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail.
