As a CNC Mill Operator, you will benefit from:

As a CNC Mill Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to technical drawings and specifications
• Programme machine operations using CAD/CAM software and interpret engineering drawings
• Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation and quality output
• Carry out routine maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Select appropriate tooling and fixtures to maintain precision and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks

As a CNC Mill Operator, your experience will include:

• Proven experience with CNC milling operations in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tooling and materials handling
• Experience programming X, Y, Z machines desirable
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on tool skills and basic maths for measurements
• Basic welding knowledge and assembly experience advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions accurately
