Pay: From £13.50 per hourJob Description:Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join precision manufacturing team. This role is perfect for a machinist who prides themselves on accuracy and high-quality output. You will be responsible for the setup, and operation of our CNC milling machine, ensuring that every component meets our engineering specifications.While your primary focus will be on CNC Milling, we highly value candidates with a strong mechanical foundation and experience in traditional machining.Working Hours: 39.5 hours per week, providing a great balance between productivity and personal time.Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00Friday: 07:00 - 12:30We offer a starting rate of £13.50 per hour, with the flexibility to negotiate this based on your specific experience, knowledge, and technical skill set.Key ResponsibilitiesCNC Milling: Set and operate CNC milling machine to produce high-precision components.Precision Production: Interpret engineering drawings and files to ensure exact tolerances are met.Quality Assurance: Act as your own quality control; perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections using verniers, micrometers.Process Optimisation: Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Technical Versatility: Utilise your background in manual lathe work to assist in secondary operations or setup tasks where required.Documentation: Maintain accurate production ..... full job details .....
