This is a day shift position and working a 4 day working week 37 hours worked Monday-Thursday. The job you''ll do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Turner (MAZAC) Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program MAZAC CNC lathes to produce precision components with efficiency and accuracy. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality parts used across various industries, ensuring that production standards are consistently met or exceeded. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, develop your technical skills, and be a vital part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment committed to excellence. Set up and operate MAZAC CNC turning machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision. Program CNC lathes using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and SolidWorks to create detailed machining instructions. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce complex components accurately. Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and tooling to assist in machine setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
