This is a growth position focused on delivering robust, on-time, right-first-time part production for their range of CNC Machinery. Key Responsibilities Lead NPI projects end-to-end: quotation support, planning, industrialisation, validation and production release. Act as the main customer-facing technical contact throughout the NPI lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain. Review customer drawings/specifications and translate requirements into manufacturing methods and production documentation. Provide technical input into quotations (manufacturing approach, cost drivers, methods, and estimates). Support capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure delivery against plan. Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure materials and treatments/special processes meet requirements. Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, quality and supply-chain risks.
