Reporting to the Process Leaders, you will be a highly motivated individual with experience of developing and implementing new programmes on all CNC machines, working to deliver significant operational improvements year on year. This role is about technical leadership and sharing the latest advances in tooling and programming with colleagues. Continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures will be required to maintain the company''s reputation for cost, quality and performance.
