Based in Bedfordshire, they are looking for an experienced CNC Production Manager to lead site operations and drive delivery of their production plan. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong CNC machining background who can hit the ground running, maintain quality and delivery standards, and lead a skilled production team. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and DeliveryLead all production activities, placing health and safety as the top priority at all timesDeliver monthly sales targets and maintain daily delivery schedulesEnsure critical promise dates are met and communicated to all relevant partiesReport machine breakdowns and propose corrective actionsEnsure Preventative Machine Maintenance is conducted QualityAchieve on-time delivery in excess of 90%Maintain reject rates below 1% of turnoverDrive quality ownership back to the shopfloor - "Build in Quality" culturePromote continuous improvement and lean thinking to eliminate process ..... full job details .....
