The business are going from strength to strength.- Buying new hi-tech CNC Machinery making vital components for the Oil & Gas & Aerospace industries. What''s required? Time served CNC Machinist or extensive experience as CNC Machinist Read and interpret schematic engineer drawings Mazak Integrex experience (various models) Setting and operating Programming & Setup - Translate engineering drawings into precise programs, set cutting speeds, and adjust tool offsets. Machine Operation Load raw materials, operate multi-axis Integrex machines-and monitor machining operations. Quality Control - Inspect finished parts using micrometers, callipers, and CMM equipment to ensure they meet exact specifications. Maintenance Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and keep the work area clean and safe. Collaboration -Work with engineers to optimise production processes and reduce material waste.- Working towards continous improvement methods... Permanent
