CNC Machinists - Mazak Integrex

Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an established Machine shop in Ayrshire who require CNC Machinists - Mazak Integrex.- These are full time, permanent positions working in their state of the art workshop.

The business are going from strength to strength.- Buying new hi-tech CNC Machinery making vital components for the Oil & Gas & Aerospace industries.

What''s required?

• Time served CNC Machinist or extensive experience as CNC Machinist
• Read and interpret schematic engineer drawings
• Mazak Integrex experience (various models)
• Setting and operating
• Programming & Setup-Translate engineering drawings into precise programs, set cutting speeds, and adjust tool offsets.
• Machine Operation Load raw materials, operate multi-axis Integrex machines-and monitor machining operations.
• Quality Control - Inspect finished parts using micrometers, callipers, and CMM equipment to ensure they meet exact specifications.
• Maintenance Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaboration -Work with engineers to optimise production processes and reduce material waste.-
• Working towards continous improvement methods within the workshop
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Plenty of overtime at enhanced rates - x 2
