Location: Titchfield, near Fareham, Hampshire
Contract: PAYE (running to June 2027)
About the Opportunity
We are growing our team and hiring x9 machinists for contract roles at our well-equipped manufacturing site in Titchfield. Opportunities are available across the machine shop.
In Spring 2027, the role will transfer to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Lee-on-the-Solent - a European Centre of Excellence with significant investment in new machinery. This is a truly exciting time to be part of the business.
Shift Pattern
- Training period: Day shifts
- Post-training: Early or late shifts

Pay Rates & Hours - PAYE + 33 days holiday, or have the monetary amount advanced to you in your weekly pay.

Current Vacancies
We are recruiting 9 machinists across CNC Turning and CNC Milling / Mill-Turn disciplines. Get in touch to discuss the best fit for your experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, or sliding head machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and follow work instructions
- Record and analyse SPC data
- Use precision measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, plug gauges)
- Carry out manual machining, toolmaking, and deburring
- Maintain safe working practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Proven machining experience in a relevant role
- CNC experience with machines such as Mori Seiki NH5000, Hardinge Conquest, or Citizen Sliding Head
- Fastems experience preferred for machining centre roles
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Competence in SPC and precision measurement tools
- Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Aerospace, defence, or regulated industry background advantageous
- Right to work in the UK and eligibility for ITAR-controlled work
