You''ll be an experienced CNC Miller looking for a technically challenging, precision aerospace environment where you can fully utilise your Heidenhain 5-axis capability and offline programming experience (ideally with Hypermill). You''ll want to work on complex components to tight tolerances, in a supportive team that values quality, clear processes, and continued development. Key responsibilities: Operate and set up 5-axis vertical machining centres with Heidenhain controls Create and edit offline programs using Hypermill and validate toolpaths Set and verify offsets, tool lengths and work offsets accurately Machine complex aerospace parts to drawing and specification Perform basic inspection using hand tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators) and follow first-off and in-process inspection routines Interpret engineering drawings, CAD/CAM outputs and inspection instructions Maintain machine housekeeping, tooling inventory and accurate production documentation Work to aerospace quality standards and adhere to health & safety procedures Required skill...
