      <description>Location: Nailsea | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;38000/annum | Type: Permanent | Role:  CNC Machinist   Location:  Bristol   Salary:  Up to -38,000 depending on exprience - with overtime    Hours:  07:30 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 12:30 Friday. with potential for overtime     Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Operator / Programmer to join their manufacturing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating FANUC controlled CNC machines, using Fusion 360 or similar CAM software to produce high-precision components.     This is a hands-on role covering the full machining process-from interpreting engineering drawings through to producing finished, quality-assured parts.        Responsibilities include:    Create, modify, and optimise CNC programs using Fusion 360 or similar CAM software  Interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D models  Select tooling, cutting strategies, speeds, and feeds  Generate tool paths for CNC milling and/or turning  Post-process programs for FANUC controlled machines  Simulate tool paths to ensure accuracy and prevent collisions  Improve cycle times, tool life, and surface finish through optimisation  Set up CNC machines including tooling, fixtures, and offsets  Load and verify CNC program...</description>
