CNC Milling Machinist Setter/OperatorThe OpportunityWe are currently recruiting experienced CNC Milling Machinist Setter/Operators to join a modern, well-invested precision engineering and advanced manufacturing environment.This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking to join an established business working with a diverse range of materials and producing high-quality components for demanding industries, including aerospace, automotive, motorsport, medical and nuclear.The successful candidates will be confident setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing precision components to tight tolerances while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and tolerances.Ensure components meet required quality standards and specifications.Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks.Select and manage appropriate tooling, offsets and machining parameters.Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.Work independently and collaboratively to meet production targets.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient manufacturing processes.
