The Role You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machinery, producing precision components to exacting standards. You will work across CNC lathes and vertical machining centres, using conversational programming and your experience to optimise production. Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC lathes and vertical machining centres, using conversational programming. Interpret complex engineering drawings and manufacture a wide range of precision-engineered components to exact specifications. Design and manufacture bespoke fixtures to improve machining efficiency, repeatability and quality. Work closely with engineering colleagues to optimise workflow, tooling and material availability.
