An ambitious engineering business working across motorsport and high performance sectors is bringing machining in-house for the first time. They are moving to a new site and need the right person to lead that shift from day one. You will work alongside a small team of skilled, design-focused engineers who know their components inside out but need someone who can turn those designs into reality - advising on manufacture, material choice and machinability, then delivering it on the machine yourself. As the business grows, this role is expected to grow with it, with genuine scope to move into a Production Planning position and take ownership of machinery HandS and policies.
