Cnc Machinist

REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with leading Engineering & Manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Machining: Using CNC Lathes to machine parts used within the Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Nuclear sectors working with metals such as Inconel (718), stainless steels and titanium etc
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment to meet tight tolerances, often working to AS9100 standards.
• Materials: Working with aerospace-grade alloys like Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a high-precision CNC turning environment
• Controls: Strong working knowledge of either Siemens, Fanuc, Haas, or Mori Seiki controls.
• Education: Apprenticeship, Qualification or technical training in precision engineering.

The position also includes a bonus of up to 10% circa -4,200 to -4,800
