The CNC Machinist Role:Operate CNC and finishing machinery to manufacture precision components.Read and interpret technical drawings to produce parts to specification.Use inspection equipment, interpret results, and make necessary adjustments.Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, meeting all quality and safety requirements.Provide accurate progress updates and completion dates to support workflow.Identify and implement improvements to processes, productivity, and efficiency.Maintain accurate paperwork, route cards, and quality records.Support and assist colleagues when required.Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and maintain a tidy, organised work area.
