This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong HAAS and 5 Axis machining experience to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment.Benefits:Full Time: PermanentSalary: CompetitiveMonday Thursday: 6:30am 3:00pm Friday: 6:30am 2:00pm36.5 hours per weekThe RoleYou will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components to drawing specifications, ensuring quality standards and production deadlines are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting and operating HAAS 3 Axis and 5 Axis CNC milling machinesSetting tooling and workholding for production jobsProducing components to engineering drawings and quality standardsMaking program adjustments where requiredChanging over jobs, tooling and materials efficientlyDeburring and cleaning machined components ready for inspectionWorking to production schedules and meeting delivery deadlinesSupporting continuous improvement in machining processes and efficiencyAssisting with tooling, stock control and material managementCompleting production paperwork and maintaining accurate recordsMaintaining high housekeeping and health and safety standardsSkills/Experience Required:Minimum 3 years'' experience in a similar CNC machining roleStrong experience with HAAS and/or ..... full job details .....
