Due to continued growth and a healthy order book, they are now seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join their high-performing team.The Opportunity:This is a hands-on, workshop-based role where you''ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3,4 and 5 axis CNC Mills using Fanuc controls, producing small batches of high-spec components to tight tolerances (typically 0.025mm or better).You''ll be working with materials such as steel, stainless steel, Duplex, and high-temperature alloys-ideal for someone who thrives on technical variety and enjoys a challenge.What''s in it for you?Hourly Rate: From 19.26 per hour (negotiable DOE)Backshift Allowance: %Quarterly Bonus Scheme: Recently paid over 750 per personHours: 39-hour week (2-week rotating shifts)Days: Mon-Thurs: 6am-2:30pm Fri: 6am-1pmBackshift: Mon-Wed: 2:30pm-1am Thurs: 2:30pm-12amHolidays: 30 days (including a full Christmas shutdown)Pension: 4% employer / 4% employee contributionClean, well-organised machine shop with a supportive team cultureThe Role:Program, set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc) for low-volume, high-precision production.Machine critical components ..... full job details .....
