Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Gloucester
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: -38,000 per year
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 13:00 (early finish)

Proactive are currently in search of multiple skilled CNC Machinists to join our client in Gloucester - a world-leading manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with excellent scope for career progression and development.

• Set, operate, and program CNC machines.
• Prove out programs and make adjustments as required.
• Interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Carry out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain machines and tooling, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Work closely with engineers and team members to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety and company quality standards.

• Proven experience in CNC machining (setting, operating, and program editing).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
