Key duties to include:

• Working from technical drawings, programme set and operate CNC (turning) machines in production of both bespoke and volume manufactured components
• Selecting appropriate tooling and materials
• Working closely with colleagues and management to ensure proper prioritizing of jobs
• Quality control
• Basic machine maintenance

Key requirements

• Experience in programming setting and operating CNC Lathes
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and information
• Knowledge of different metals and materials
• Apprentice trained or similar
• Comfortable working independently
