Key Responsibilities • Operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines (Studer) • Program, set, and prove out components using Studer Win systems • Work with Siemens 850D controls (Fanuc experience also considered) • Manufacture precision components to extremely tight tolerances • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings • Use metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and product conformity • Work on small to medium cylindrical components (up to 500kg) and large cubic parts • Contribute across the full manufacturing lifecycle, from design through to delivery • Plan workload effectively and work with minimal supervision Candidate Requirements Essential: • Apprentice-trained machinist • Strong background in high-precision machining • Expe...
