      <description>Location: Silsden | Salary: 30.00-30.00 Hourly | Type: Contract | CNC Machinist (Contract) Location: Keighley (West Yorkshire)Contract Length: 6 monthsHours: 37 hours per week Shifts: Days, earlies, lates, and nights (flexibility required)Rates: • £30.00 £35.00 per hour (depending on experience) • Overtime: Time and a halfA leading global engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their specialist manufacturing team on a 6-month contract.Key Responsibilities• Operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines (Studer) • Program, set, and prove out components using Studer Win systems • Work with Siemens 850D controls (Fanuc experience also considered) • Manufacture precision components to extremely tight tolerances • Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings • Use metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and product conformity • Work on small to medium cylindrical components (up to 500kg) and large cubic parts • Contribute across the full manufacturing lifecycle, from design through to delivery • Plan workload effectively and work with minimal supervisionCandidate RequirementsEssential: • Apprentice-trained machinist • Strong background in high-precision machining • Experience working to very tight tolerances • Ability to...</description>
