      <description>Location: Irlam | Salary: &amp;pound;35360 - &amp;pound;41600/annum | Type: Permanent | CNC Machinist  Location: Irlam, Manchester Salary: £17 - £20 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm | Friday 6:00am-1:30pm Job Type: Permanent  The Opportunity  We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Machinist to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Irlam, Manchester.  This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served CNC Turner or an experienced machinist with at least 3 years'' CNC turning experience, who is confident with programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and can read and edit ISO programs.  The successful candidate will work within a busy machine shop, producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and specifications, while taking responsibility for machine set-up, proving programs, inspection and troubleshooting.  The Role  You will be responsible for:     Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines.
