CNC Machinist (4 day week)

The OpportunityJob Title: Welder FabricatorReporting to: Fabrication SupervisorWorking Hours: 07:00 - 17:30 4-Day WeekSalary: Competitive / Commensurate with experienceSkills, Experience, and QualificationsExperience working with thin-wall materials, including Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium.Significant fabrication experience, ideally (but not necessarily) within the motorsport sector.Proven ability to work effectively within a small team as well as independently using your own initiative.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a demanding production environment.Must be fully proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.Cut, assemble, and fabricate/weld metallic assemblies (primarily utilizing jigs).Take responsibility for the quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards based on technical drawings, works orders, and job packs.Liaise closely with the Fabrication Supervisor to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.Maintain accurate timekeeping and job tracking records in the system at all times.About the Company Based in Aylesbury, our client is a leading high-performance engineering manufacturer supporting prestigious teams in top-tier global motorsport championships, including IndyCar, Formula 1, and World Rally.
