Significant fabrication experience, ideally (but not necessarily) within the motorsport sector. Proven ability to work effectively within a small team as well as independently using your own initiative. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a demanding production environment. Must be fully proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Key Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times. Cut, assemble, and fabricate/weld metallic assemblies (primarily utilizing jigs).
