This isn’t a role where you’re walking into a slow ramp-up or unclear expectations. The work is there, the machines are running, and you’re brought in to support output from day one. You’ll be machining precision components in an aerospace environment, working to tight tolerances and established processes. The expectation is straightforward. Read the drawing, set it correctly, and produce parts to standard. What the role looks like day to day: You’ll be working on 3-axis CNC turning / VTL machines, running jobs, carrying out inspection, and keeping output consistent across your shift.
