CNC Machine Shop Supervisor

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist, Programmer or Machine Shop Team Leader ready to take ownership of a precision machining department? Beagle Aircraft is looking for a CNC Machine Shop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day performance of our Machine Shop in Christchurch. This is a visible, hands-on leadership position where you ll guide an experienced machining team, set production priorities and help improve safety, quality, delivery and machining efficiency. You ll be joining an established aerospace manufacturer producing precision-engineered components and assemblies for leading aerospace programmes. The Role Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you ll take responsibility for the daily operation and performance of the Machine Shop. Manage production schedules, workload and capacity to support OTIF customer delivery. Oversee CNC machining operations across 3, 4 and 5-axis equipment. Work with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to resolve machining and production issues.
