Location : GloucestershireDuration : Permanent Day ShiftSalary : £40-42,000Sector : Engineering We are hiring for our client that serves global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and high-tier suppliers supplying, complex components.We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist who will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC Turning and Mill-Turn machines to produce precision-engineered components to exact customer specifications and quality standards.Working within a fast-paced, high-precision environment, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and production colleagues to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with production schedules.Key Responsibilities Set, operate, and programme CNC Turning and Mill-Turn machinery.Manufacture high-quality components in accordance with engineering drawings and work order specifications.Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks using measuring equipment.Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately.Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
