The role Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components Work from engineering drawings and part set-up sheets Maintain tight tolerances and customer deadlines Carry out self-inspection using measuring equipment Monitor machine performance and carry out basic checks and adjustments Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator Experience with CNC turning and/or milling Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills This role offers long-term career progression within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
