Cnc Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join their team in an onshore machine shop role. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established oilfield machinery supplier based in central Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up CNC programmes, including checking first-off runs Machine preparation of valves and associated equipment prior to welding Carry out machining and finishing of valves and equipment following welding and PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) Conduct in-process inspections on manufactured and re-worked components Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working with valves or similar precision components (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Standard hours (Apply online only) Monday to Friday, overtime available.
