Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with strong programming skills, particularly in offline programming and multi-axis machining.Key Responsibilities:Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling Machines (primarily 3-axis and 4-axis).Offline programming using CAM software (e.g., EdgeCAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam, or similar).Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models.Producing precision components to tight tolerances in a variety of materials.Optimising machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.Conducting first-off and in-process inspections using conventional measuring equipment.Maintaining machines and working to a high standard of housekeeping.Collaborating with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement.Required Experience and Skills:Proven experience in CNC Milling with programming, setting, and operating.Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.Experience with offline programming (CAM software essential).Proficient in 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining.Experience ..... full job details .....
