You will be responsible for preparing and optimising CNC programmes, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring production files are accurate, efficient and ready for manufacture. Candidates with experience using industry-standard CAD/CAM and nesting software will be well suited to this opportunity. Key Responsibilities Prepare CNC programmes from engineering drawings, technical specifications and digital design files. Use CAD/CAM software to create accurate, machine-ready cutting programmes. Develop efficient material nesting layouts to support productivity and minimise waste. Check and verify programmes before releasing them for production. Work closely with production colleagues to ensure programmes meet manufacturing requirements. Review, amend and optimise existing programmes as required. Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with quality requirements and production schedules. Identify opportunities to improve programming efficiency and material utilisation.
