      <description>Location: Leicester Forest East | Salary: &amp;pound;14.00 - &amp;pound;15.00/hour | Type: Contract | Laser / Machine Operative – Leicester    Rate:  £14–£15 p/h  Contract:  13-week temp to perm  Hours:  Mon–Thurs (Days or Nights available)  We’re looking for Laser Operatives or Machine/CNC Operatives to join a busy sheet metal manufacturing environment.   The Role:    Operating laser cutting machines (Trumpf or similar)  Alternatively operating CNC or other production machinery  Working with mild and stainless steel  Quality checking, deburring, and finishing parts  Completing basic machine maintenance (PPM checks)    Requirements:    Experience operating lasers, CNC, or similar machinery  Background in manufacturing or engineering  Strong attention to detail and quality  Basic IT skills for machine operation    What’s on Offer:    Temp to perm opportunity  Overtime available (x1.3 after 13 weeks)  Stable, growing workload   Immediate starts available – apply now.
