Our client is a well-established engineering company manufacturing small, high-precision components for a range of demanding industries, including aerospace, oil &amp; gas, motorsport and nuclear     The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC grinding machinery, working to tight tolerances and ensuring components are manufactured to the highest standards.        What''s on offer       Salary: -38,000 - -42,000 DOE  Hours: Monday to Thursday (7:00 - 16:00) &amp; Friday (7:00 - 12:00)       Key responsibilities       Program, set and operate CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision components.  Read and interpret detailed customer engineering drawings and specifications.  Determine the most effective grinding methods and processes for each component.
