The ideal candidate should have experience in grinding operations, blueprint reading, and quality control to ensure parts meet exact specifications.Set up and operate CNC grinding machines, such as cylindrical, surface, or tool and cutter grinders.Load and unload parts, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feeds based on specifications.Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, etc.).Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and surface finish requirements.Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and minimize scrap.Perform routine ..... full job details .....
